Cellular Engineering Technologies (CET), a novel manufacturer of iPSC & recombinant protein expression solutions for next-gen cell therapies and regenerative medicine, were seeking support with several staffing needs including C-level succession planning, R&D and their first commercial leader

The Solution

Partnering exclusively with the CEO, Mason Harding were engaged over a period, in which we deployed our partnership search model to identify a Chief Scientific Officer (CSO), VP commercial operations and Principal R&D Scientist.

The Outcome

All three key hires were successfully filled and onboarded at the required milestones to enable a critical GTM commercial exercise and a new R&D strategy and lab build out to be executed.
