The Solution

Our Founder, Adam Butler, met the CEO of Sony Biotechnology at their Weybridge office to discuss a long-term global hiring partnership to support cross-functional talent needs.

Utilising our domain knowledge and network in the sector, we supported both internal talent acquisition and functional hiring leaders on our partnership model.

Over a 5-year period, we are proud to have successfully attained the following global staffing results:

Recruited cross functional talent in 6 different countries (UK, Germany, Switzerland, France, Denmark, United States).
Successfully hired both the North American & European commercial heads (EU & US), with 100% retention rates.
A total of 14 placements were successfully made across sales, service and applications with a 100% success rate.
